Your time and ours both deserve clear rules from the outset.
The system today
The online booking system is not active yet; appointments are currently arranged through direct contact. For that reason no cancellation window or late fee has been set.
Changing an appointment
If you need to change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
Arriving late
The session still ends at its scheduled time even if you arrive late, out of respect for the appointments that follow.
